STP report

Hi,

 

I did a pay run today and went through the process as normal. When I look at my STP report there are no amounts. It does say it has been accepted. The dates also just show 30/06/2024. Not the dates I entered on my pay run.

Can you please help?

    Hi TLS1,

     

    Thanks for your post. We apologize for the inconvenience. We are aware of this issue with the STP as it is due to an outage at the Australian Tax Office (ATO). This has been resolved, if you you have already done the pay run and still not showing try to refresh your browser and re login.

    So do you mean do the pay run again?
