AE Tax 2020 error code CMN.ATO.GEN.XML04

Summary:  A manadatory field has not been completed

Details:   The element "Interest" in namespace "http;\\www.sbr.gov.au/ato/incdtls: has incomplete content. List of possible elements expected: 'InterestTotal' in namespace 'http://www.sbr.gov..au/ato/incdtls'. Hint: while processing parent element {Interst} child manadatory element {InterestTotal} was not found.

 

I can see the total

    Thank you for your post.

     

    Can you please check if the # of account holders field has a value of 1 or greater? This value cannot be blank or zero and generally is the reason you would be receiving this error.
