BAS Lodgement

I have been trying to lodge my BAS for 3 days now through MYOB & it keeps coming up with this msg

 

We can't get in touch with the ATO right now, so we haven't created any new activity statements for you. This may also affect your ability to edit or lodge forms. Please try again later.

 

Is there something else I can do other than going onto the ATO web portal directly

    We appreciate you for posting your concern here in the forum. 

     

    I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties in lodging your BAS report. This issue is generally, caused by either the issues generating the activity statement or the issue connecting to ATO. I recommend following these troubleshooting steps to see reload the activity statement and refresh the system.

    • Click the Update from ledger button to refresh the values on the system and confirm that the date next to it changed. Try to lodge the BAS report after.

     

    If the issue persists after updating clicking the Update from ledger button. 

    • Logout and log back in with a different Owner/Admin email address in the file. (if you have any other Owner/Admin users, )
