Hello SarahTAX
Thanks for your question!
When you go into Agent Reports and check the EFT Reconciliation Statement, it should show as scheduled Daily. If it shows as Not Scheduled, you will need to make sure it is Scheduled.
From there, the next thing to check is the Last Requested and Last Received time stamps. This will show the last date and time the EFT report was requested and received. The last date and time should be within the last 24 hours. If not, there will be an error, and most likely you will need to give the support team a call.
If the last date and time is within the last 24 hours, then most likely there were no transactions in the download. A report will only appear if there are transactions within the report. The ATO will only start generating a report from the date the report was first scheduled.
For example, if your last lot of transactions in your trust account were dated 1 May 2019, and you first scheduled the report on 3 May 2019, the EFT reports will only generate reports from 3 May 2019, and you will not receive any reports with transactions. For that situation, where you have transactions prior to the first date you scheduled the PLS EFT report, you will need to give the ATO a call and request that information over the phone.
Hopefully, this information has helped!
