Family Private Health Fund but no spouse

We have a client who has a family private health policy but is separated from their spouse. Validation won't pass without spouse details. Is there any way around this other than entering the ex's details?

    Unfortuanetly there is no other way. If there is a family priavte health policy, a spouse must be entered in the return and the following fields will need to be filled out:
