Hi Ahmed,

 

A note can not be added for distributions received.

 

There may already be a note for distributions received. It may be using a different account code.

 

To check this, open Reporter in Client design level and check for a distribution received note.

 

You will need to open that format to find which chart map and account codes will trigger that note.
