MYOB AE Practice Manager - Changing Payment Terms and Days on a Global basis for all clients

Hi Enien

 

I have attached an article link below which has various scripts/utilities attached that you can choose from depending on your trading terms. 

 

Note: There is no default setting in the database to control this.

Just save and run the appropriate one, once all users are logged out of AE/AO.

 

Once this has been run, it would be best to update your Client Creation form to include a checkbox, so the Defaults tab is updated otherwise, you'll need to run the script on a regular basis to ensure your clients are all updated.
