We are aware of an issue where customers pressing the LIVE button from Accountants Office or Accountants Enterprise will get the message "Uh Oh, the numbers don't add up".
Our team are aware of the issue, and working on it as we speak.
The issue is now listed on status.myob.com as well.
As a workaround for anyone encountering this - you can do the following:
- Open a browser tab
- visit partner.myob.com
- log into with your my.YMOB login
- select your practice (ir required)
This issue should now be resolved.
You should now be able to connect to MYOB Practice using the Live button in AO/AE without getting an error.
