Failed to load the report.

BTW, i have tried multiple browsers, cleared my cache and tried different internet connections. It also says "contact MYOB support" .. how does that happen? i cant see anywhere where i can contact MYOB support

I am having the same problem running a "Payables reconciliation with tax report" for the year ended 31 March 2025 and getting the error "failed to load the report". I have cleared the cache and tried different browsers. Can anyone help?

Sorry to hear you’re having the same issue.

Besides clearing the cache, the next things to try are:

• Run the report for a shorter date range first, such as one month, then expand the range to find the first date where it starts failing.
• go to Settings > Report settings, click Save, then run the report again.
• try the report in an incognito/private browser window or in a different browser.
• If it only fails from a certain date onward, review any bills or invoices around that date for unusual payment terms or imported transaction data.
• Check for special characters, especially the pipe symbol |, in invoice or purchase numbers if the transactions were imported.
