My apologies for the delay in getting a response to you - our support team have been a little swamped with lodgement deadlines and the lead up to the 2019 compliance year!
Can you provide us with the error you are getting when you attempt to lodge these returns?
If you are using Accountants Office, then you will likely not be able to process these forms as AO does not include any forms prior to 2010. You will not be able to prepare these forms and lodge them from AO Classic - as ELS is no longer available.
But if you can provide us with the steps you are taking, and the errors you are encountering, then we can possibly assist.
Note that to lodge any form via PLS, you will need an ELS Lodgement details such sa the ELS Approval Code etc - as these are transmitted as part of the PLS package to the ATO. The only "old" ELS details that are not sent is the ATO Code 2 (which is also known as the DIS password)
