Accountright Plus Spend Money balance does not agree with bank balance

The bank account balance shown in the Spend Money screen is incorrect.  When you go to Spend Money and then click on the arrow near the incorrect balance it takes you to the correct bank transactions...

    Hi Surveyor 

     

    When you are entering a Spend Money transaction and have a bank account selected as the 'Pay From Account', the balance showing on the right is the true balance of this account, after counting in all transactions associated with this account (including future dated transactions). This balance should also match the balance showing when you go to Accounts > Account List and view this bank account balance there.

     

    If you click on the arrow next to the the balance figure, it will bring up the Find Transactions window, which lists associated transactions in a specified date range. The ending balance shown there does not include future transactions outside of this date range. I'd suggest expand the date range within the Find Transactions window, e.g. change the year to 2999 to include any future dated transactions then check the balance again.

Thank you for the help.  I have been using MYOB since 2000 and have never done anything as silly!
