ANZ BANK FEED

Have not recieved the ANZ bank feed from 27.01.2026??  Has anyone else experienced same??

    Hi esna and RachHB

     

    Had a look on our side, and there was a hiccup with ANZ bank feeds a couple of hours ago. It’s been marked as fixed for about an hour or two now.

     

    The best first step is to close and reopen AccountRight, then see if the bank feed has come through.

     

    If it’s still not updating after that, the best bet is to reach out to our team so they can dig a bit deeper into your bank feeds. You can either jump onto MOCA (our virtual assistant) and get routed through to a live chat agent, or log a support ticket via your My Account page.
