Hi Leo123,
I know it’s a pain when one file gets its bank feeds, and the other doesn’t, especially when you’re trying to smash through your reconciliations.
If bank feeds stop working, it’s usually something to do with the bank feed setup for that specific file. A few quick things to try in the file that’s not getting the feeds:
- Go to Banking > Bank Feeds
- Choose the correct bank account from the dropdown
- Click Reset
- Then click Get Bank Transactions
Next, in that same file, go to Banking > Bank Feeds > Manage Bank Feeds:
- If there’s no bank feed listed for that account, it means bank feeds haven’t been set up for this file yet. You’ll need to apply for a feed or move an existing feed to this file.
- If the feed shows as Pending or Cancelled, the application hasn’t fully gone through; it’ll need to be completed or re‑done.
Also, make sure each file that you want bank feeds in is covered by an active subscription, as bank feeds only work for subscribed/entitled company files.
If you’ve run through those checks and it’s still not behaving, the best next step is to get our support team to dig deeper. You can either:
- Log a ticket through your My Account page, or
- Jump onto live chat via MOCA, our virtual assistant,
Regards,
Genreve
