bank feed does not get bank transactions

Hi all   as per subject. MYOB accountright offline. have 2 files on the computer. one works fine the other cannot get bank transactions. any solutions.   Thanks

I cannot find reset button buy only refresh. Can you please help me?

And It appears connection issue. I cannot get bank feeds since last time.

Hi Leo123,

 

You're right, it's the refresh button, not reset. Sorry about the confusion on that one. Once that's clicked, just select Get Bank Transactions and it should refresh the feed for you. If it's still not pulling anything through after that, I'd definitely recommend jumping onto the support link that was shared earlier so the team can check the connection on the backend.
