Bank Feed questions

Do you know what happened to the bank feed?

About an hour ago, these two amounts were positive, but now they are negative.

Do you know what caused this?

    Apologies for the delayed response, and thanks for including a screenshot. From what I can see, the calculated balance and out-of-balance amounts are now showing as negative.

     

    I can’t confirm the cause from the image alone, but these are the quickest things to check:

    • Review the newest imported transactions and see whether any deposits or withdrawals have changed sides.
    • Check whether any entries were duplicated, reversed, or re-imported around the time the balance changed.
    • Compare the balance in MYOB against the current balance shown in your online banking.

     

    If everything looked correct earlier and the same issue is still happening now, it would be best to contact support so the team can review the bank feed activity on the account with you.
