Bank Feeds Freezing When Approving

Does anyone else have a problem with MYOB freezing and shutting down when approving bank feeds. It is very frustrating as it sometimes freezes for a few minutes before restarting.

    Hi Dave6,

     

    I totally get how frustrating this can be especially when you're just trying to approve bank feeds and MYOB decides to freeze, think about it for a few minutes, then shut itself down. A good first thing to try is clearing your AccountRight cache. This often helps with freezing or crashing issue like the one you're running into. If it's still misbehaving after that, your best bet is to jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account. They can take a closer look and help get things back to behaving nicely again.

Hi, this frequently happens to us too. there will be a big red x cross on the "Approve All" button and then it feeezes.

Hey Non-For-Profit,

 

You can give Sai’s suggestion a go with clearing your AccountRight cache since that often sorts out the freeze when approving bank feeds. If clearing the cache doesn’t stop it from happening, you can reach out to our team so they can check what’s going on for you.     Hi Doreen_P​, thanks for the suggestion. I've done that and it still crashes. There was only 1 cache file from this morning.
