Bank Feeds not Syncing
My bank feeds are not syncing in myob. There are no bank feed after 7th January 2025 but there are transactions on my bank statement. I have tried logging off and back on still nothing. Any ideas?

We are in NZ and our bank feeds are not working since the 10th Jan 2025.

That doesn't sound right! We haven't had any reported issues with NZ bank feeds.
Could you please try the following steps?
1. Go to Banking command centre.
2. Select Bank Feeds.
3. Click the Get Bank Transactions button to refresh the feed.
If the transactions are still delayed after this, I recommend reaching out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount so they can further look into your account and help you in resolving this.

Hi Sai,
I had tried the 'Get bank transactions' which didn't work.I called MYOB a couple of hours ago and all I had to do was change bank feeds to hidden then change it back to current and they all appeared.
