Bank Feeds not Syncing

My bank feeds are not syncing in myob. There are no bank feed after 7th January 2025 but there are transactions on my bank statement. I have tried logging off and back on still nothing. Any ideas?

Yes in NZ also and no bank feed update since 10th January....
