Bank feeds Timing Out

I am unable to open the bank feed as it times out.  I've managed to update it on the 1/3/22 but unable to open it without the error attached.   I log into the bank feeds as a different user, but I'...

    Hi Melisa

     

    I uploaded the file online and then tried the bank feeds and it worked.  I then did a back up and restored this file to the original location and it seems to be working as per normal.

I've cleared the cache but unfortunately it hasn't worked.  Any other suggestions?! Thanks!

Thanks for the update, are you able to try via a different computer. Does this work ?
