That definitely sounds frustrating, especially when you're trying to get EOFY sorted.
Bank feeds should come through automatically, but there can sometimes be a delay before transactions are made available in MYOB, including when the bank is still processing or supplying the feed data. If you need to get the transactions in urgently, one workaround is to download a bank statement from Suncorp and import it into MYOB as a QIF or OFX file.
