Hi all, the team have confirmed that rather than being from the 2nd February, duplications could be from the last time you pressed the 'Get transactions button' - this is why different customers are impacted by different time periods.
While we work on a fix:
- Please do not allocate Bankfeeds dated within this period.
- If you have already allocated the duplicate Bankfeeds for this period, please unallocate those transactions.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and thanks for bearing with us while we work on it.
