My apologies for the delay in getting back to you. In this matter, you can record a journal entry to write off the amount so you will be able to reconcile. Please refer to this Help article, Adding and Finding Journal Entries, which has detailed information to assist with this. I'd also recommend reaching out to your accountant for further assistance.
