Help I need to reconcile my bank account

Why can;t I get hold of anyone at MYOB.  I need help on reconciling June account and need to speak to someone urgently, before I reconcile July.

I have been a client for years, pay my subscription monthly, and I thought that's what I pay for.....

You use to have Team Viewer which was really good, but now no-one does that.  

I might as well cancel my subscription.......

Please help
