Updates usually don't mess with bank transaction matching. Though it's possible those transactions just got hidden and popped back out when the update rolled out. You can try hiding those transactions again. This link will help you understand how the software deals with hiding statement transactions.
If those transactions came from bank feeds, you can also chuck in a support ticket from the MyAccount window or have a chat through our virtual assistant, MOCA, to delete transactions from certain date ranges.
