Another issue I encountered is that the bank feed from ANZ shows the full amount collected in EFT transactions for each day. MYOB however cannot add several transactions together to equal the same value. For example. 2 transactions for $100 and $200 is $300. MYOB only looks for the $300 and when you break down your search amounts, it doesn' allow you to add the 2 tooals together. Any suggestions?

Certainly, the software actually has a nifty feature for handling bulk transactions. The electronic payments window processes these transactions by passing them through the electronic clearing account and moving them to the correct bank account in batches. I think you missed the point. The question was not regarding sending money it was receiving. At the end of the day all of the days eftpos transactions are sent to the bank account as one payment. Currently, the only way to reconcile these individual payments is to record the payment as Undeposited Funds and then Prepare Bank deposit for all the daily transactions.
This is fine until you have to go back and do this for the past 2 years

Yes I am with CBA and also collected the transactions in EFT which makes it appear a little easier but there is so many!!
