I am dealing with the exact same issue Omg what a nightmare I wasn't sure if it was the update that caused it. I have spent two days and nights trying to undo many years of double transactions from 2013 to ? I am uptodate also and cannot proceed to balance. I have spoken to support today only to be told I have to manually delete these and put through another support ticket to the area who will help with deletion. This deletion will only occur if your willing to lose all transactions on the same day as the doubled ones of every month of every year affected. I have tried unallocating and even hiding the transactions but it does not help They still appear and need to be deleted to proceed or balance I'm thinking I may manually do the the next two months of the financial year and start with a whole new programme Cannot see any other alternative This will take months of time to rectify. I was also told to turn off bank rules and untick auto approve bank transactions but hasn't helped
