Missing ANZ bank feeds

Question

Hi All,
I have just had a call from a client who uses AR and he has noticed that the bank feeds for his ANZ cheque account ia missing transactions from the 27 May to around the 14 June. We have tried the [Get Transactions] button without any satisfaction. Has anyone else had problems with ANZ feeds around this time?
