No ANZ bank feeds come through for a week

We have not had any ANZ bank feeds come through since those received last Friday 19/06 for 18/06; this is now urgent given amount of days not received and EOFY next week.

 

Manage bank accounts showing as "Feed Ready" but when you "Get Bank Transactions" nothing happens and "Closing Balance" still showing 18/06/2026.

 

We have been trying to call and live chat and now posted on the board for Bank Feed updates but still no response....

    Hi SSpencer,

     

    Sorry you’ve had such a rough run with this, especially this close to EOFY. I can see why this is urgent if your ANZ feeds haven’t updated since 18/06, even though the account is still showing as Feed Ready.

    If it’s still not coming through, it’s best to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so they can take a closer look. Thanks for your patience.
