OPMC WooCommerce plugin integration with MYOB AccountRight < Error code400 : Card_DuplicateCardID >

My website products are synced with MYOB AccountRight and display correctly. When I purchase a product and complete the order (using bank transfer), I need to manually mark the order as completed. I then manually sync this order with MYOB AccountRight, but I encountered the following error. 

 

Message: Card_DuplicateCardID <br /> AdditionalDetails: Identifier:(Card)

 

Can somebody provide me details on how to resolve the issue or have something similar experience.
How can you check your registered bank/ code and relevant Asset Account from MYOB dashboard?

    Hi kalgal375937,

     

    Encountering error code 400: Card_DuplicateCardID with the OPMC WooCommerce plugin can be a bit of a hassle. This error usually means there's a duplicate card identifier in the system. To get this sorted out, you'll need to reach out to the support team of the OPMC WooCommerce plugin. 

     

    In the meantime, if you want to double-check your registered bank code and relevant asset account, just head over to the banking tab to view your registered bank accounts.
