To create a credit for the overpaid amount was helpful and shows how to create a credit but how do i clear the payment from the bank feeds.

Hi Terri607,Good question! Once the credit is set up, clearing the bank feed is just about matching the bank line to the recorded transactions. So to clear a payment from Bank feeds, you'll need match it to an existing transaction.
