Bank Feed

After being on call and hold for 2hrs i got cut off, but my bank feed says that it is active but yet is not bringing in any bank transactions when hitting "Get Transactions"   Any Help? Or Ideas We...

I have re apllied several times now in which is says on my manage bank feed screen ACTIVE ? When i go to get bank transactions it brings in no trasactions.
