removing bank feed

I have applied to have a bank feed removed from MYOB although it stated this would happen within 10 working days it still has not happened. How do I get hold of someone to help me remove this immediately as it is a personal credit card that should not be visible to my staff.

    Upon reviewing your account, the bank feed has already been cancelled. If you need any further assistance, the best option would be to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount.
