When I go into Receive Payments, the Undeposited Funds box is always checked. Is there a way to change this default to unchecked? I haven't used undeposited funds for many years since we stopped receiving cheques.

Great question! Since you're not using undeposited funds anymore, you can change the default setting so that box isn't automatically checked. Just go to Setup > Preferences > Banking and uncheck the option that says, 'When I Receive Money, I Prefer to Group It with Other Undeposited Funds.' That should do the trick.
