Undeposited Funds

So I have money sitting in the undeposited account that should have been allocated to an invoice but it wasn't. I still want this to show in the undeposited account but is there a way of writting off...

We haven't received any updates regarding your concern since Monday. Feel free to send us a screenshot of the recap of the undeposited funds transaction. 

 

If you have any other concerns, feel free to create a new thread in the forum.
