View total transactions

I need to view the total transactions in a certain account for a period    I.e how many transactions in cheque account for 1/7/2022 to 30/9/2022 cheque account for 1/10/2022 to 31/12/2022   Ame...

Hi Ascendbks 

 

There are a few different ways to identify the number of transactions for an account over a period. My recommendation would be to run the Bank Register report (Reports>>Banking>>Cheques and Deposits) for that account and period. This would give you the value of the Total Deposits and Withdrawals of your AccountRight transactions. 

 

If you wanted to find out the actual number of transactions it would be a matter of physically counting the line on that report (or a similar report). There is no direct way to do that to my knowledge. If it was me I would be sending the report to Excel and then using the Count function to count a column on that report.
