DEXT not able to publish to MYOB
Good morning,
Yesterday afternoon, we suddenly were unable to publish from DEXT to MYOB (Accountright)
This message appeared in DEXT:
This item was sent for publishing manually and it failed. The reason for the failure was 'Sorry, we cannot publish this item because your request to MYOB was not authorised. Please try again. If this error persists, please reconnect and retry.'
Reconnecting and retrying did not change anything.
The only change I made to MYOB yesterday morning, was to add myself as an ATO STP reporter.
Can you please advise what we need to do to overcome this issue?
