Import Error -25

Hi, When importing a service sale I am getting an error 25 code - Invalid Amount. The amount entered is numeric and is the same format as the 40 other imports but for some reason one particular line...

Hi MMACG-RHill,

 

Usually, errors with numeric values like dates and amounts happen if the file was saved from Excel. Try opening the file in Excel again and experiment with the columns in different formats. This should fix the error and let you upload the file without any issues.
