import journal

I have followed the "using an import template" instruction from your website, after export the template from test company, then I try to import into MYOB, which showing the error-17 : Invalid credit ...

    Hi Sarahalexander , welcome to the forum. Looks like you prepared the text file in Excel first, then saved it as a text file. Excel has added quotes around the fields with commas, ie the amounts over 1,000. Try formatting the amount fields as general, then save as text file.
