I know this is old, but I am having this same issue with the same error code, as well as-
Error -7: Item Number may not be more than 30 characters
Warning 401: Invalid character for inactive checkbox import; status not changed to inactive.
Can I please have help rectifying this?

The error occurs because the required format for Item Numbers when importing is 30 characters, alphanumeric. If they are longer than 30 characters or have special characters, that could be preventing the import. Additionally, you'll need to find the error in their import file.

Thank you. Am I able to just fix the -4077 errors? They are the majority of the errors that come up.
