We've recently received an email to advise that users must have administrative roles within MYOB to be able to push invoices from Simpro to MYOB. We need our receptionist to be able to perform this function without having access to payroll & banking, when we set her role within MYOB we have ticked administrator and left banking & payroll unticked, however when she logs in it is giving her full access to all areas?

I understand why you don’t want to give staff access to payroll and banking just to import invoices.
At the moment, if simPRO requires an MYOB Administrator to connect the accounting link, this would give broad access and can’t be limited to exclude payroll.
Please ask an authorised Administrator to connect or re-authorise the link, then check with simPRO whether staff can complete the ongoing imports without Administrator access. If not, simPRO can contact MYOB API Support to review this.
