Importing Timesheets for payroll with multiple pay rates

Hi MYOB Brain trust

I am working on a ERP type system and I'm wanting to be able to import timesheets directly into MYBO account right on a weekly basis in order to simplify and reduce double handling of my clients current manual processes.  Does anyone specialise in this type of thing or done this previously and can show me how its done? I currently run my own business with MYOB but we do not use the payroll system so it's difficult for me to export what information it needs. Please if anyone is available to assist I would appreciate it.

    Hi PaulaYac

I get that you're aiming a seemless experience do avoid staff from doing manual inputs twice. To answer the question, it might be possible, depending on the ERP or timesheet app you’re using.

If that app already supports AccountRight, their support team should be able to help set it up.

If not, the usual way in AccountRight is to export the timesheet data from that system, match it to MYOB’s timesheet import template, then import it into AccountRight.

So your best next step is to check with your provider first, then use the MYOB import template if there’s no direct integration.
