Hey tarindobbie we never want to leave a Solmate without an answer, so we're just going to link to this one we provided to your post that details your circumstance more. Let us know if you have questions.
Yes please! This would offer a work around for my problem of not being able to add superannuation to an invoice. At least I could have my super account details as a default note on every invoice.

Love it offxgrid, adding Ts & Cs is such a good example of why this type of feature is important.
How do you add Ts & Cs at the moment? Do you copy and paste them across from another app (like the Notes app on iOS)?
One more thing, you may have noticed I've moved this thread into the 'Share Your Ideas' section, which means the community can now vote on the idea. I've taken the liberty of adding a vote on your behalf offxgrid — thanks for getting adding some oomph to the feature request 💡 I second that. Being able to add terms and conditions to every invoice automatically is a must.

Hey ST84
Great question! Right now, there isn’t a way to save a customer note as a default for all new invoices, it needs to be added manually each time. That said, we’ve heard this request from a few users, and we’ve passed it on to the product team as something to consider. A default note option could definitely help speed things up if you're using the same message regularly.
Appreciate you bringing it up, it’s feedback like this that helps us shape what comes next! 🙌
Thanks,
Hannah
