Automatic recurring invoices

Hi Team,

 

I just signed up today with Solo MYOB and honestly got pretty excited to try all the features. But I can’t figure out how to use the same invoice templates for every clients without having to manually edit them. For example the payment due date set to “due on the day” for every invoice, and notes editing, explaining how to send payment by bank transfer using the correct invoice number. The last invoice app I used did have those automatic features which was a breeze but still lacked in other ways. 
I would appreciate any feedback on the matter.

    Welcome to SOLO 👋 Love the excitement (and yep, totally hear the frustration).

    Right now, invoice templates with locked-in defaults (like always “due on the day” or auto-saved payment instructions) aren’t available just yet. So you’re not missing anything, you’ve bumped into a current limitation, not a hidden setting.

    The good news: this exact stuff is already on our roadmap and actively being worked on.

    What’s coming 👀

    • Saved invoice notes – things like payment terms, bank transfer instructions, disclaimers, project blurbs. Save them once, reuse them with a tap. No more retyping the same spiel every invoice.
    • Copy invoice – duplicate an existing invoice, tweak what’s changed, send it off. Fast, tidy, no rebuilding from scratch.
