Bank feed in Solo shows little or no information

I don't get any information in my bank feed on most transactions beyond one word like "purchase" 
It means I can only categorise things while also having my bank app open is this really the design? 
I'd like to be able to categorise my spend efficiently and this is painstaking. LMK if I'm doing something wrong. Thanks!

    Thanks for reaching out!

    The bank feed in Solo should show the same transaction details that appear on your physical bank statement. If you're only seeing one-word descriptions like "purchase," something might not be working as expected.

    To help us dig a little deeper, could you please create a support ticket from the app? Just go to More > Digital Assistance, and we’ll take it from there.
