Can't add new customer

Creating my first invoice to send off and when I go to create new customer, fill out details double check everything correct etc., hit save then

I keep getting a prompt saying

'something went wrong, wait a moment and try again' 

  • Hey STCC​ I've had a look at our back end logs and it looks like you may have exceeded the character limit of some of the fields. Are there any long names or long details you are trying to enter for this customer?
