Add photos

There is any chance to add a photo on the invoice using the Myob Assistant app instead to use the website? Thanks

Hey straniero

Attachments have just landed in MYOB Assist! You can upload JPG, PNG, PDF and TIFF files directly from your camera, photo gallery or device files. Each file must be 10MB or smaller, with a total attachment limit of 25MB per invoice or quote. You can give it a go now in the app, just make sure you're on the latest version! Hi straniero,

Love that you asked this one! You actually can add a photo to your invoice in the MYOB Assist app. No need to jump onto the website every time. Here's a handy link with more info about the MYOB Assist app: Mobile invoicing and receipt capture with MYOB Assist app.

Hi straniero,

Sorry about the mix-up. Having a way to attach photos to a specific invoice would be a great addition. Right now, photo uploads are only available through the Assist app’s Capture feature. Adding photos directly to invoices isn’t supported at the moment.
