Change of business details

Question

Hello,I was advised off the automated chat bot to submit a change of details form to change my subscription details from Sole trader to partnership (new ABN and business name, same ASIC registered name and individual). I was advised to do this on the day of trading under new business, which I have. However I am waiting to use the Solo app to enter expenses but new business details haven’t been updated. Does anyone know how long this usually takes? I’ve been waiting a few days

Hey! Just had a look in our system and I can see the team sent you an email a couple of hours ago asking for some extra details.
You can still use Solo in the meantime, but it’ll prompt you to register your details before you can dive all the way in.
