Delete invoice

I want to delete an invoice but the Ai answer says there should be a delete option when I click on an invoice 3 dots and there is no option presented to me....only to refund payment or in my case of creating an invoice with no payment received I have no option to delete or refund. Seems my only option is to delete the customer altogether which is not what the Solo Ai here is telling me are the answers

  • Hey there Jay4236​! Thanks for raising this one to us :)

    When an invoice is marked as paid, think of it as "locked". As you've completed the invoice, it will remain in place so that the details have continuity over time and reduce any tax-time headaches.

    You will be able to refund or delete payments, though. We'd be really keen on fine-tuning our Digital Assistant if it's not providing the most accurate detail, I will drop you a line inside the Solo app so we can have a chat 💬
