Hey n_granvis_pro great question!
If you’re sending an invoice via email and tweak the default message your changes will reset to the default next time you send an invoice.
Here’s why: that little message box isn’t actually a template you’re editing. We’ve kept it simple and streamlined this for now to avoid clutter and keep the app running smoothly.
Fun tip: this is a great feature if you need to send the invoice to a different email address, you can just delete the existing one and pop in the new one, easy peasy!
We get it though, some of you might want a “set-and-forget” template. The good news is that it’s on our radar, and we’re already exploring ways to make this happen. For now, all you need to do is update the message manually before sharing.
