Locked out of Solo account

I have been locked for weeks out of my Solo account since trying to set it up on new phone, have tried resetting the password but don't get an email response to reset it. I can log in via desktop but that provides nothing useful that I can see. New to this product

  • Hey 11213974​ we can see that you've previously reached out to us via Chat with us, and we really encourage you to do that again.
    When you last reached out, we think we identified the problem: there appears to be a typo in the email address used for your login. If you reach out via Chat with us (there should be a button on screen when you get the login error in Solo), our team can totally help you get things sorted so you can login to Solo.

    Hi, are you able to message me here? I can't even find the chat function again, I don't get the button on screen when trying to log in

    Hey, we don't have direct messaging within the community, so you will need to use the Chat function in Solo. 

    When you reach this screen

    Tap ? Help and you'll be able to speak with our team. 

    You can also reach the team on webchat here. (click the purple chat bubble).

    Either chat option will ask you to provide a contact email address. It's how we reach out if you lose touch with the chat.
